In your email, include your system (Windows or Mac), what you typed, and the error text. A screenshot helps. Add your Whop order or receipt ID if it is about a purchase.

We aim for 2 business days. Weekends and holidays can be slower. We cannot promise faster, and we cannot guarantee a fix for every setup on every computer. If we cannot get it working, you can take the refund.

1. Within 7 days of purchase, email gabay.oren3@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or request a refund from your Whop account on the purchase's billing page.
2. Include your Whop order or receipt ID if you have it.
3. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows it within 3 to 7 business days after we process it.
