The short version
If The Content Engine is not useful to you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price you paid (USD 67, or USD 47 at the founding price for the first 25 buyers). You do not have to explain why, although we would like to know.
The same 7-day policy covers every paid product: the Carousel Kit (USD 37), the Viral Post Kit (USD 19) and the Faceless Page Starter Pack (USD 19). Ask within 7 days of purchase and we refund the full price you paid.
How to ask for a refund
- Email gabay.oren3@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, or request a refund from your Whop account on the purchase's billing page.
- Include your Whop order or receipt ID if you have it.
- We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 3 to 7 business days after we process it.
What happens after a refund
Your access to the download on Whop is removed. Because the engine is a set of files, we ask that you delete your copy. Anything you already rendered with it stays yours.
When we may decline
- The request arrives more than 7 days after purchase.
- The same person has already been refunded for this product before.
- There are signs of abuse, such as buying, downloading and redistributing the files.
Before you ask, a quick check
Most problems are setup problems: Node.js, FFmpeg or Claude Code not installed, or not on the path. START-HERE.pdf covers each one. If you are stuck, email us first. We would rather fix your install than refund you, but the choice is yours.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster for you, and a dispute costs the seller a fee whether or not it is upheld.
