Terms

1. Who we are
The Content Engine is sold by [LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [COUNTRY] ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Whop. Contact: support@YOURDOMAIN.
2. What you are buying
A one-time purchase of USD 67 gets you a digital download: a folder of Claude Code skills and agents, research scripts, design templates, a playbook, a worked research example and setup instructions. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.
You can download version 1.x of the files from your Whop account for as long as we sell the product. Save a copy of the download as soon as you buy.
3. What you need to run it
The engine runs on your own computer and depends on software we do not sell or control: Claude Code with a paid Claude plan, Node.js, FFmpeg and, for some features, Python. You are responsible for those accounts, their costs and their terms of use. If a third party changes or withdraws its software or service, parts of the engine may stop working.
4. Your licence
- Your output is yours. You may use the carousels, reels, captions and research you produce with the engine for any lawful purpose, including commercially, on your own accounts or for paying clients.
- The engine is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the engine files for your own work and your clients' work.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, give away, upload to a public repository, or otherwise redistribute the engine files, skills, agents, templates, playbook or research folder, modified or not, or include them in a competing product, template pack or course.
- One purchase covers one person. Teams should buy one copy for each person who uses it.
5. Third-party components
The engine uses open-source software that you install separately and that is covered by its own licence, including HyperFrames (Apache-2.0), GSAP (GSAP standard licence), laya (Apache-2.0), FFmpeg (LGPL/GPL) and fonts under the SIL Open Font License. The full list is in LICENSES.md inside the download. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.
6. Your responsibilities
- Follow the rules of every platform you post to and every data source you use, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit.
- Check what you publish. The engine drafts content with AI. You are responsible for its accuracy, for any claims it makes and for not infringing anyone else's rights, such as trademarks and logos.
- Do not use the engine to make spam, misleading content or anything unlawful.
7. No income or results guarantee
The Content Engine is a tool for research and for producing posts. We do not promise that you will gain followers, sales or income by using it. Figures on our pages describe research we did, or the volume of content and the time it took to make, not earnings. Results depend on your niche, your offer, your effort and many things outside our control.
8. Refunds
See our refund policy.
9. Warranty and liability
The engine is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim connected with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
10. Updates and changes
We may release updates. We may also change these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase, unless a change benefits you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. [OWNER: choose and confirm.]
