Owner decision pending: the 30-day window below is a recommendation, not a settled choice. Alternatives are 14 days, or a guarantee that requires proof you tried the engine. Whatever you pick, use the same number here, on the Whop product page and in the Whop refund settings.

The short version

If The Content Engine is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full USD 67. You do not have to explain why, although we would like to know.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@YOURDOMAIN from the address you used at checkout, or request a refund from your Whop account on the purchase's billing page.
Include your Whop order or receipt ID if you have it.
We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually shows it within 3 to 7 business days after we process it.

What happens after a refund

Your access to the download on Whop is removed. Because the engine is a set of files, we ask that you delete your copy. Anything you already rendered with it stays yours.

When we may decline

The request arrives more than 30 days after purchase.
The same person has already been refunded for this product before.
There are signs of abuse, such as buying, downloading and redistributing the files.

Before you ask, a quick check

Most problems are setup problems: Node.js, FFmpeg or Claude Code not installed, or not on the path. START-HERE.pdf covers each one. If you are stuck, email us first. We would rather fix your install than refund you, but the choice is yours.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund through us is faster for you, and a dispute costs the seller a fee whether or not it is upheld.
