# Get help

Email [gabay.oren3@gmail.com](mailto:gabay.oren3@gmail.com). We aim to reply within 2 business days. This is a one-person project, so there is no live chat and no phone line.

## Before you write

- Check that Node.js (20 or newer), FFmpeg and Claude Code are installed and on your path. Most problems are here.
- Re-read the [getting started](https://content-engine-emh.pages.dev/getting-started/) steps or START-HERE.pdf.
- Check [requirements](https://content-engine-emh.pages.dev/requirements/). Mac is untested.
- Look in the [FAQ](https://content-engine-emh.pages.dev/faq/).

In your email, include your system (Windows or Mac), what you typed, and the error text. A screenshot helps. Add your Whop order or receipt ID if it is about a purchase.

## Response times

We aim for 2 business days. Weekends and holidays can be slower. We cannot promise faster, and we cannot guarantee a fix for every setup on every computer. If we cannot get it working, you can take the refund.

## How to get a refund

1. Within 7 days of purchase, email [gabay.oren3@gmail.com](mailto:gabay.oren3@gmail.com) from the address you used at checkout, or request a refund from your Whop account on the purchase's billing page.
2. Include your Whop order or receipt ID if you have it.
3. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank usually shows it within 3 to 7 business days after we process it.
